Due to the current economic climate, steel and shipping prices are rapidly increasing. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on non-stock items are estimates and may change because of this. Supply issues are causing lengthy delays in receiving goods.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***
NO RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS!!

SHIPPING METHOD:
Shipping and Handling Will Be Calculated After Your Order Is Processed. Because the size, shape and weight of our products vary widely, it is impossible to have a program accurately calculate the shipping charges. Body kits, frames, trailers, and front and rear floorboards require motor freight shipping. Large items such as windshield frames, top bows, hoods, fenders, seat frames, etc. are oversize and cost more to ship.

Orders weighing more than 2 or 3 pounds will most often be shipped FedEx ground unless you specify otherwise in the comment box below. Small, light-weight orders are often shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the total and charged to your card at time of shipping. If you would like to know how much the shipping is prior to us charging your card, please leave a comment to that effect when you check out.

STOCK:
Some stock may not be available at the time of ordering. If an item will be available within a week, we will wait for that item to arrive before shipping. If it looks like it will be longer than that, we will ship what we have and backorder what isn’t in stock and ship when it gets here. If you want us to hold your order until all items are available, please note that in the comment box upon check out.

RETURNS:
We must be notified within 15 days of receipt of your shipment or return will not be accepted. Upon notification, you will be given a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must accompany all returns. Any unauthorized return will be sent back to you at your expense. Please specify reason for return and if you want the item replaced or refunded. We do not accept COD returns and shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All products must be unused, or items are not returnable. Electrical components and special order parts are not returnable. All items must arrive here within 10 days of the RMA issuance, otherwise the return is void. Be sure to properly pack and insure the returned merchandise. Include a note, and if possible, a copy of your invoice so we can properly issue credit for the returned item. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY!! REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER!!
If your package appears to be damaged, open it in the presence of the carrier. Have them note any damage on their delivery record. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL, even if your restoration will not require the use of the item for weeks or months. Too often customers call with a problem on an item they received months or even a year ago but are just getting around to installing it on their vehicle. If you find damaged merchandise after the delivery, call the carrier first, then notify us. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the merchandise in the same condition it left the shop. Keep the original carton and packing materials for the carrier to inspect.
Special note for motor freight shipments – if you sign the delivery receipt without noting any damage, you forfeit your claim if you discover damage that occurred during shipping. Don’t sign for any motor freight delivery until inspected. If the crate looks damaged, note “possible concealed damage” on the shipping receipt. Once you sign under “received in good condition” the parts are yours.

SHORTAGES:
NOTIFICATION MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT!
Compare your invoice and the merchandise to assure that you received all the merchandise you ordered. All shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Use care when unpacking your merchandise. Make sure that you open any small boxes and unwrap all packing materials. Many small items are wrapped individually or put in small bags or boxes to insure their safe arrival.

BACKORDERS:
Your entire order may not have been in stock at time of shipment. Those items indicated as Backorder (BO) on your invoice will be shipped as soon as possible. Please call if you wish to cancel any backorders, otherwise, the backorder will remain open indefinitely until the part is back in stock. If you do not want the part but have not canceled your backorder and it ships, you will be responsible for all returns, restock and reshipping charges.

LIABILITY:
You are buying reproduction, replacement or used parts for antique vehicles. These parts may have been manufactured anywhere in the world and may need “fitting” to suit your needs.

Some parts are NOS, which can mean New Old Stock, gNarly Old Surplus, or even Nasty Old Sh**. Do not assume that an NOS part will be in perfect condition after 40 to 60 years in storage. Many materials such as rubber, canvas, leather, etc. do not store well. A 40-year-old NOS fuel pump or carburetor may need to be rebuilt, as the rubber and gaskets may have deteriorated or may not be compatible with modern fuels. Some NOS parts may be rusty, requiring stripping and painting. Even so, they may fit better than a reproduction part. Too often customers expect an NOS part to come out of a sealed box as if it were only a year old. If in doubt, email or call. We’ll be glad to explain a parts condition.

We assume no responsibility, no warranty is expressed or implied, for the correctness, safety value, or damage resulting from use or misuse of items. The installer and end user are solely responsible for any damage beyond the replacement of the item.
